Audubonizer is operated by Knockacullion LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our service.

Data we collect

Photographs: Images you upload for portrait generation. Stored securely and used solely to produce your illustration.

Email address: Collected when you sign in or place an order. Used for authentication, order confirmations, and shipping updates.

Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or banking details on our servers.

Shipping address: Collected at checkout for print fulfillment. Shared with our production partner for delivery only.

Session data: Anonymous session identifiers track your creations before you sign in. Linked to your account upon authentication.

How we use your data

We use your data to generate portraits, process orders, send transactional emails (order confirmations and shipping updates), and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Resend: Transactional email delivery (magic links, order confirmations, shipping updates).

Printful: Print production and fulfillment. Receives your shipping address and artwork for order delivery.

Cloudflare: CDN, asset storage (R2), and bot protection (Turnstile).

Data retention

Uploaded photographs and generated illustrations are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Order records are retained for accounting and legal purposes.
