Who we are

Audubonizer is operated by Knockacullion LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our service.

Data we collect

Photographs: Images you upload for portrait generation. Stored securely and used solely to produce your illustration.

Email address: Collected when you sign in or place an order. Used for passwordless authentication, associated with order records needed to provide the service, and used to deliver payment-received and shipping-update messages when transactional email delivery is enabled.

Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or banking details on our servers.

Shipping address: Collected at checkout for print fulfillment. Shared with our production partner for delivery only.

Session data: Anonymous session identifiers track your creations before you sign in. Linked to your account upon authentication.

How we use your data

We use your data to generate portraits, authenticate your account, process orders, show order status in the app, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Resend: Delivery of one-time magic-link sign-in emails and transactional order messages.

Printful: Print production and fulfillment. Receives your shipping address and artwork for order delivery.

Cloudflare: CDN, asset storage (R2), and bot protection (Turnstile).

Data retention

The service's default retention job schedules uploaded source photographs for deletion after 30 days. Generated illustrations and product proofs may be retained so creations remain available and paid orders can be fulfilled. Order records and limited delivery metadata—including notification state, attempt timestamps, hashed shipping-event identity, and provider message identifiers—are retained for fulfillment, reliability, accounting, and legal purposes. Notification bodies are generated at delivery time rather than stored in the application outbox. You may request deletion of eligible data by contacting us.
