Overview
Audubonizer is operated by Knockacullion LLC. By using this service you agree to these terms. Audubonizer is currently in public beta and is available to customers in the United States only.
Service description
Audubonizer transforms uploaded photographs into museum-quality naturalist illustrations using AI generation. Finished portraits can be purchased as framed or unframed prints, printed and fulfilled by our production partner.
Acceptable use
You may upload photographs you own or have rights to. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms. Automated or bulk usage beyond normal personal use is prohibited.
Beta scope
During the beta period, features may change without notice. Service availability is not guaranteed. We may limit generation volume, adjust pricing, or modify features as we refine the product. Beta is currently limited to US-based customers and US shipping addresses.
Purchases and satisfaction guarantee
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prints are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner. If you are unsatisfied with your print quality, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right — whether that means a reprint or a refund.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to photographs you upload. Generated illustrations are derivative works created by AI from your source material. You may use your generated portraits for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Audubonizer name, branding, and service design are property of Knockacullion LLC.
Limitation of liability
Audubonizer is provided “as is” during the beta period. Knockacullion LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
